Your pilot begins when your first session is confirmed — not when you sign up. You can set up your account, invite mentors and mentees, and configure your programme without the clock starting. If bookings require mentor approval, the pilot starts when that first session is approved.
A session counts toward your monthly total once it is booked and confirmed. If you cancel before the call takes place, it will not count.
Yes — calls are capped at 60 minutes. You will see an in-call notification 10 minutes before the limit, reminding you to wrap up goals and agreed actions.
Once you hit 20 confirmed sessions in your current billing period, new bookings are paused until the next period. Your billing period starts from your first confirmed session — or from when you start paying on Standard. Programme admins can see usage in the dashboard (for example, 18/20). After each session, Menteasy generates an AI summary from the transcript, along with goals discussed and agreed actions. Both mentor and mentee receive an email when notes are ready, and everything is stored on the session page in your dashboard.
Programme administrators see participant counts, session activity, and usage (sessions used this period). Mentors and mentees see their own session history, summaries, action items, and goal progress on their programme home pages.
Two months after your first confirmed session, new bookings are paused until you upgrade to Standard (£49/month plus £2.50 per session). Your session history, transcripts, and programme data stay in place.
Yes. There is no minimum contract on the Standard plan. Cancel any time and you will only be billed for sessions used in that billing period.
